Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Digital Amadeo website and the services provided by Digital Amadeo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide AI integration, software development, digital marketing and IT consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Payments

• Projects are billed in milestones, as defined in your proposal or agreement.
• Monthly services are billed in advance for each billing period.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms and is separate from our fees.

3. Client responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback when needed. Delays on the client side may affect the timeline.

4. Ownership of work

• Once all payments for a project are complete, you own the final deliverables, including the code and designs created specifically for you.
• Some projects use third-party or open-source components. These remain subject to their own licenses.
• We may mention you as a client or show the project in our portfolio only with your permission.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share any details.

6. Third-party services

Some solutions rely on third-party platforms, such as cloud providers, AI services, advertising networks or payment processors. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policies.

7. Results

We work hard to deliver results, but outcomes such as traffic, leads, sales or search rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results unless agreed in writing.

8. Warranties

We deliver our services with professional care. Except as stated in a written agreement, our services and website are provided "as is," without other warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Amadeo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before taking any formal step, both parties agree to try to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with its effective date.
